Moore Blatch solicitors expands dispute resolution team

Moore Blatch, has appointed Chris Marsden as a partner specialising in dispute resolution and real estate disputes.

Chris moves from Southampton and Bournemouth based solicitors Lester Aldridge where he previously acted for a broad range of clients including developers, property institutions, financial institutions, hoteliers and insolvency practitioners. Prior to Lester Aldridge Chris spent five years at City firm Berwin Leighton Paisner.

He has substantial experience advising on high value and complex disputes involving release renewals, claims relating to breach of contract and real estate related insolvency issues.

Chris is also a member of the Property Litigation Association, member of the Bournemouth Property Association and a Solicitor Advocate (Higher Rights of Audience).
