Moore Blatch advises Venture Equity Partners on its acquisition of WA+A Maintenance Limited

Moore Blatch have recently advised Venture Equity Partners on its acquisition of  WA+A Maintenance Limited and its associated equity fundraising.

WA+A Maintenance Limited is the first acquisition by Venture Equity’s heating, ventilation and air conditioning platform Scubair Limited. This was a particularly important deal for Scubair Limited as it has combined this transaction with bringing on board a minority equity partner in Finstock Capital where Oliver Jenkinson and Edo Salvesen will join the Scubair board.
