Moore Blatch advises Aura Technology on deal with Amicus ITS to create £10m IT solutions provider

Strategic IT provider Aura Technology has joined forces  with Amicus ITS, to create a ¬£10m+ turnover group operating in the private and public sectors. Peter Jeffery, Partner and Head of the Corporate team at Moore Blatch advised Aura Technology on the deal.

The two businesses, both headquartered in Southampton, become sister companies under the Aura Technology Group.  Aura and Amicus each retain their own identity and client bases while sharing expertise and the ability to offer customers an improved range of products and services.
